A demonstration-style class featuring several Thanksgiving-inspired appetizers that participants can easily recreate at home for their holiday gatherings.

11/18/2026 – Build the Perfect Holiday Grazing Board
Building off your original charcuterie board class idea, I thought we could give it a holiday twist. This class would focus on creating a beautiful holiday grazing board while discussing cheese and meat selections, dips and spreads, accompaniments, presentation, and tips for preparing everything ahead of time.



*Request of cancellation 14 days prior to the start of the camp will be issued a refund minus a 10% administrative fee, per participant. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp.

**An email will be sent the week prior to the start of the specialty camp with more specific information regarding what each camper will need to bring and arrival/pick up details.**
