Note:

Clinic will be held at the Limerick Township Building
from Thursday, October 22nd at 6pm.



*Request of cancellation 14 days prior to the start of the program will be issued a refund minus a 10% administrative fee, per participant. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the program.
